Chloe shines on debut
2:00pm Saturday 18th February 2012

A CROSS-COUNTRY runner from Kidderminster did not look out of place in her first taste of action abroad at the weekend.
Chloe Richardson, 18, took on some of the best prospects from Belgium and Great Britain at the Lotto Cross Cup event in Hulshout on Sunday.
On her England under-20s debut, the Birchfield Harriers AC member powered impressively to fourth place.
She had earned selection for England by winning the Midland County title in Nottingham at the end of January.
Richardson also won a second gold in the team event, alongside club-mates Nicole Roberts and Dannii Johnson. A former student at Baxter College, she started at Kidderminster and Stourport AC before moving to her current Birmingham-based club.
Mother Jeanette Richardson said: “Chloe has worked very hard and it’s great to see her doing so well.
“To represent England was an amazing experience.”
